Which carrying positions can I use?
Facing inward, facing outward and back carry. Each position has its own readiness guidance. Follow How to Wear and the carrier instructions before choosing a position; age alone does not determine readiness.
How do I put it on and adjust the fit?
Fasten the waist belt, support and position baby, then secure the shoulder straps as shown in the full wearing guide. Adjust the belt and straps and check the fit before every carry. The quick overview is not a replacement for the full instructions.
Can another parent wear the same carrier?
Adjust the waist belt and shoulder straps whenever you change wearer. Check the fit for both wearer and baby each time. If you are unsure about your fit, contact info@babocarriers.com before ordering.
When will my order arrive?
Our shipping policy allows 1 business day for processing, followed by estimated transit: Australia 1–3 business days in metro areas or 3–7 regional; New Zealand 3–6; US and UK 4–8; Canada 5–9. Transit times are estimates. See Shipping & delivery for customs and tracking details.
What if it isn't the right carrier for me?
Our current returns policy provides a 30-night carry trial and accepts lightly worn or washed carriers. Email info@babocarriers.com for a prepaid return label. See Returns & warranty for the full conditions and refund timing.
